what are differences between beard trimmer and hair trimmer?

You might think that beard trimmer can look like a boy’s hair trimmer. They look similar and basically perform the same function – they remove hair. Beard trimmers are actually very different from hair trimmers and don’t really work well when cutting your hair because they are not meant to handle such large sections of hair at once. Thick beards are also very thin and thin compared to your hair. Beard trimmers are specially made for these small hairs and allow you to get a very close cut if needed.

Let’s take a look at some beard ingredients and compare them to hairstyles to see how they differ.

Blades

Berries on the hair are usually longer than those on the beard. Because the hair that grows on the scalp grows longer and thicker than the one that grows on the beard.

Length differences

Hair curlers can adjust the length of the curls according to the length of the hair. Shorter hair requires shorter waves, while long hair will require the longest waves. If you’re going from long hair to short, you can save money to get the style you’re going for.

Bearded dragons also have regular lobes, but the lobes are thinner and shorter. Beard hair isn’t always very long, and if it is, it’s usually thinner than the hair you see on your head. Therefore, beard trimmers do not need to have thick and long stems as they are tailored to the type of hair being cut.

Differences in Power

Hair curlers are also usually stronger and more precise to give any hair a beautiful and smooth look.

Beard curls usually don’t look as good as hair curls. If you want to have a little curly hair like a bun, beard trimmers may not be the best tool to achieve this.

Closenes

However, beard hair has the upper hand in terms of closeness to the skin. So, if you want hair that is very close to your head, a beard trimmer will get you there.

Guards

The guards that come in my recommended hair kit are used to set the length of the lashes. Both hair and beard trimmers will have different settings, usually 1-3, but hair trimmers may go up to 5 or 6. Removing the guard means the pins will be right against your skin, effectively setting the setting to 0.
