Please note: All return and exchange terms apply only to items purchased from us. 

Customers should understand the scope of their own use, such as pet clippers, professional clippers, household clippers, and whether the product meets national requirements, such as voltage, plug, etc., before purchasing. If for their own reasons can not be used, Huajiang support the return of goods, shipping costs bear their own

(Note: 1. For customers who order large quantities, we can configure spare parts for you at the time of shipment 2. For bulk customers, as long as the customer is willing to send back to the place of shipment we support the warranty, shipping costs bear their own) 

All products purchased from Huajiang have a one-year warranty. If you find damage after receiving the goods, please send us an email as soon as possible at xianlu40@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged product.

Returns

Huajiang accepts returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus all shipping charges. 

Please note: We cannot accept returns (even within 30 days of purchase) under certain circumstances, including but not limited to.

The product shows excessive wear and tear or has reached its expected service life.

Items that have been damaged by misuse, alteration, improper care or accident.

Items that are listed as final sale at the time of purchase.

Instances of abuse of Huajiang's return policy.

Acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of Huajiang.

*If your return is the result of an error on our part (i.e. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs. 

How long will it take to process my return?

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 days of receiving your return order.

*Please note: The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If you need help, please call customer service at 0086-18907806802.

Exchanges

How do I exchange my product?

If the product needs to be replaced due to its own reasons, you will have to bear the shipping cost. If it is caused by our mistake (i.e. incorrect or defective item), please contact Huajiang salesperson for exchange and we will cover the shipping cost.

Note: Acceptance of exchanges is at Huajiang's discretion
